I am at a standstill. Biblebashers blame the mussies and vice versa. They maintain that they are the only ones that are correct and that everyone else is wrong. For example the Pope... .warmongering, fight starting nazi that he is... and all the nutty muslim clerics and extremists..

Chioces choices ....whats your thoughts?

Certainly Christian fanatics are rarer than Muslim fanatics.
But the situation is a no-win situation. Muslims will never admit they are wrong and true Christians will never admit they are wrong.
The Pope has done nothing wrong either! He has merely stated that violence in any religion is wrong. As for the Nazi accusations, he is deeply ashamed, and has renounced these memories completley- he had little choice at the time, and cannot be blamed.
But the extremism is partly our own fault. The government's socialist policy of multiculturalism has failed to ensure that new cultures that settle here integrate into our belief systems and cultural values- in fact, the policy does not encourage actively any of this, for fear of offence, a symptom caused by the EU Human Rights Act. The result- no-go areas, children who can't speak English, Muslims calling for Sharia law...the listgoes on.
But NEVER place the blame on the Pope- place your pressure on the Givernment who gave us this mess,

They aint comparable, Christian fundmentalists seek to convert the world to Christianity by love and example, Muslims to convert the world to Islam by the sword if nescessary.
The difference is the Pope was right first time, he was wrong to apologise. The Pope spoke the Muslims replied with violence, Islam has no arguments, it cannot win the battle for hearts and minds intelectually, and its followers fail to realise that Christians are even more committed to the Christian way of life than the Muslims are, and while not overtly violent Christans will fight to save others from opression. So which are scarier, to the man in the street Muslims are scariier with their wierd garb and a regretable prediliction for suicide bombing, but I reckon in the final analysis the Christian Carrier battle group is scarier than the muslim suicide bomber. A nice play on words there. I reckon they are all very scary indeed, and anyone who thinks it's only muslim extremists that we have to worry about is making a big mistake.

Morally, as bad as each other.
Practically, muslims are scarier, because they tend to live in the sort of theocracy xitians would like to, and so find it easier to carry out their apocalyptic fantasies

Muslim Fundamentalists are defiantly scarier. Disagree with a bible bashing Christian and s/he will try to drip their thoughts into society and pass them off as public opinion. Disagree with a jihad fighting Muslim and s/he will try to blow you up.

Jesus told us to love God and then our neighbour as ourselves.
If we do that then it would make life a lot easier for us.
If we learn to like and understand people today then, is it a vain hope, that this will spread like wildfire.

religion has a lot to answer for but what i cant understand is why when the vatican has lots of treasures worth billions the catholic church asks people who can hardly afford to live to donate part of there earnings to the church
