I myself was adopted by a single mother and have never really known what it is like to have a father. They say that a lot of girls who grow up without fathers because of the lack of male affirmation become sexually active very young. But i never did that. I always wonder why? why was I not as hungry for male attention as some of the girls I have known? Then I realized it was because of what happened to me when I was four.............

Did u know God refers to himself as The Father of the Fatherless. And once I realized that. I realized that, that is what had saved me all along.

What a coincidence that God called himself that so long ago. It's like He knew or something that there would be a time in history when so many would grow up without fathers. You might even say for a time such as this.

He wants to be your Father. A Father with everlasting love that rejects No one.

I don't know how to talk to people who discuss issues based on assumptions and broken pieces of information. I don't know what to say when people start whining about their life or some other problem I don't never do that. I hate when people tell me some boring story about their life. How can I learn to talk to and be friendly with people when I all I ever hear them say is "crap crap... crap crap crap... crap.. crap and crappy crap?

christians often argue that just because we cannot see god - does not mean he does not exist. I cannot argue with this logic. However the same can be said for the flying spaghetti monster and the invisible pink unicorn. We cannot see them either, so why is it rational to say one god we cannot see exists - while the other gods we also cannot see - don't exist?

If I categorize my existence into thing I know and things unknown, can this be the link. To surrender to unknown knowledge and an idea of higher purpose and mystery and to temporalily drop my ego created world of personal experience and the knowledge I gathered.
Does it all have to do with the ability to dream, and create. To desire and intend to bring forth my ideas into my surroundings, does this create a motivated attitude to bringing heaven here to earth?
I really am not trying to make a point but seriously questioning this concept.
I think of all the things I don't know and things I can't explain. Then I think of some things I do know but others can't explain and label it god or a miracle.
If our brain measures frequencies and we create inventions that also measure different frequencies, how far can this ability to decipher frequencies take us?
