Try the internet. It's one of the safer ways for us to meet people. There's probably a club that caters to crossdressers in a place as large as St. Louis too. You can probably find its location by doing some digging online.

I'd guess you would look for a rather large, somewhat unattractive woman, dressed in a seedy manner wearing too much make up and perfume. Where you could do this "looking" I haven't a clue.
