It all depends as to how much you believe in them and what efforts you make to turn them into reality. To get something, that too what you desperately want, you have to visualize it and think about it and make your attempts or efforts in that direction. So, when you plan or work towards achieving them diligently and with a fire-in-belly approach, then they definitely become part of your future.

Well I think the Deja Vu is something really misterious and maybe dreams can fortelling but we still need to develop better our 6th sense.
