When this happens, does that mean the asker doesn't care about the question anymore? If this is so, then anyone who does vote on the answers makes no difference or has no bias, unless you happen to Re-visit the question to find that it has been dumped into the "in voting" bin, is it right that you can vote on your own answer, if you think your answer was best, or will you vote on an answer from all the others and pick one that is better, even if that one answer may be better than yours?

Sometimes the question has been sitting in "in voting" for more than two weeks, and if nobody hads bothered to vote, wouldn't that be the perfect opporutinity ti pick up an easy 10 points?

and if I'm outside while she is delivering , she ignores me and won't even respond to a hello etc...every christmas I have given her a card and gift of money...so there is no reason for the attitude..unless she just hates her job or delivering my packages! how do you think I should handle this... should I make a complaint, ignore her, stop giving her gifts for christmas, or simply let my dogs greet her next time? lol...

It seems like there are a ton of you that dont believe, wont believe, dont care. There are so many that you seem to constitute a religon of your own. Since every religon needs a godhead to pray too i have created one just for you, its name is NEQUAM (Thats latin fer all youse small brainers). Look it up, i think you will be satisfied.
