I have this mail Lady, with a nasty attitude, when she delivers packages,she tosses them on the ground,?

and if I'm outside while she is delivering , she ignores me and won't even respond to a hello etc...every christmas I have given her a card and gift of money...so there is no reason for the attitude..unless she just hates her job or delivering my packages! how do you think I should handle this... should I make a complaint, ignore her, stop giving her gifts for christmas, or simply let my dogs greet her next time? lol...

I have tried to speak to her... she just ignores me , continues what she was doing then drives off....

I must have the same one! She leaves my mail box open [I have an old fashioned one out at the street]. Usually when she thinks I am not home and I get about 1/2 my mail and 1/2 someone Else's . The other person and I exchange mail 3 times a week. I complained it got worse for awhile. Then I stenciled on my box Please shut the door. Then she never shut it. So I taped her [turned a camera toward the street] Showed the post Master and sent a copy to the state. She now works at a nursing home and I get all my mail!!

No I would just ask her what is wrong, ask her if she just doesnt like you or her job. Tell her you just want to know if you should stop annoying her if she doesnt like you.
Or you could just make it a point to be out there and try and conversate with her about her day. That is a good to open people up that are miserable with their jobs.
That is what I would do. But I have a problem with confronting people in this manner, and I am very sensitive so I get my feelings hurt like that. So if you dont really want to know, get dogs.

Yes, let your dogs meet her. Teach her a thing or two. Actually I really don't know why you are stressing so much. Some people are just assholes. If she doesn't want to be friendly towards other then she's losing out on some possibly good friendships. It's her loss not yours.

let your dog greet her (lol), stop giving her presents, and make a complaint. there is no reason for her 2 get nasty if u didnt do anything 2 her. and next time if she throws your packages, throw them right back!

I see two choices. Either you can ask her what is wrong or make a complaint. I'd try the first and if I didn't get a good answer resort to the second.

I would call the post office and let them know. It is not necessary to give someone attitude when all they've done is be nice to you! It takes a lot more effort to be mean and nasty then to be nice.

OK, as far as reporting her goes....the expression "going postal" came from disgruntled (is there such a thing as gruntled and does it mean content?) postal employees. You can report her but, you'll have to move outside the U.S. to avoid retaliation because, working for the post office, she'll find you if you stay here.

Let the dogs go. Or you can retrieve your packages in the nude or some outrageous outfit. That will get her attention then tell her to have a nice day!!

Ignore her and stop being nice. Thats what she wants. She must have a mental disorder such as social anxiety and she cant help it. Best thing to do it just pretend she isint there. She will appreciate this.

mail yourself a 20lb bag of flour. it will be expensive but worth the money seeing her attempt the delivery. If you must give her a gift, make it a one of those wrapped pickles that you can get at the movie theater.
