Brazil is a very beautiful country with very beautiful people. Yes, it has it's bad parts too, like any other country, but Brazil is just amazing!

I live in Brazil... beautiful country with very happy people, it has many social problems but little by little is becoming a better country.
My advice... dont just go to Rio there are thousands of great cities.

Heck yeah, my wife is from Rio De Janeiro!! They are much more open minded than Americans. Especially uptight moral police Republicans. Crime is high there though and so is corruption. But I think their current leadership under Lula is getting things straightened out. I like there Liberal society.
