Hi, I am starting to get back into my spirituality and I'm looking to meet new people who are also Pagans/Witches who I can talk to, learn from, etc. Please respond, and also I would appreciate not being called a satanists, told I'm going to hell etc. Or that I'm evil and what not. I don't need to nor want to hear it. Sorry.

::waves:: Pagan, with strong Wiccan influence here. Don't mind the naysayers, their ignorance and intolerance will come back to them eventually.
If you're looking for a forum to discuss Paganism without the "You're going to hell!" crowd, do a Google search for "wicca forums" or "pagan forums" and you should get some good links. There are some good forums out there for discussion!!

Pay no attention to the Thumpers by the Gate, you spray and spray and the little buggers just continue to be pests. They seem to FORGET that in Matthew they were told NOT to enter into Pagan Lands.... so they drop by begging for attention completely disrespecting the teachings they claim to hold so dear. It's sad actually.

Greetings. Yes, we are here. You do not have to apologize for your beliefs, or for the desire to believe as you do without being persecuted. You are not alone.
The Christians will always call you a satanist and quote Bible verses at you. They do not realize that this means about as much to non-Christians as a quote from The Lord of the Rings. They are ignorant of our faith, and probably always will be, because they choose to be. To do any research into what we truly stand for would be, to them, to dip into satanism themselves. They will always define us based upon the teachings of their own religion, with no true knowledge of ours. They are determined to save our souls from a Hell that we don't believe exists. That's OK, as long as they are acting out of love. Don't hate Christians for trying to "save" you. That is part of their system of beliefs.

I know a Pagan who lives in one of the Bible Belt states. She's convinced that it is her duty to be a Pagan without paying attention to what others say.
But tell me, is it really a question of life or death to claim wherever you go that you're Wiccan? Would anybody care if you just keep your faith private, particularly if you live somewhere where Paganism implies more problems?
You'll leave that environment sooner or later, and then you'll be able to express your religion more freely in a more open environment.
