Surely everyright he has, specially that you are urinating against a church, which is a priest domain.
And what right do you have to uriniate against a the church anyway.. Are you a doggie...??
And what right do you have to threaten a priest with raised fists and verbally abusing him simply because you were confronted or reprimanded.
You could have simply said sorry and that would suffice.

Urinating in public does happen to be a crime and, if you did so, the priest had every right to confront you. You, however, had no right to get abusive and the priest really should call the police and have you charged with both crimes. Since he probably won't I suggest to go apologize plus give a donation to the poor fund.

Did you know that if you desperatly wanted the toilet in the UK and there was none, a police man has to, by law, allow you to go..... in his hat. Seriously not making this up, it is an old law that has yet to be abolished!!
So what you went to pee outside, so what it was against a church, nature calls. Its not as it if was in a confined space. Guys do it all the time, girls find it disgusting as we dont have such easy freedoms!
A threat to a priest is just the same as one to anyone else.

Urinating in public is a crime, as is doing so on private property. The church would be just that. Priests not only have the same rights as everyone else, they tend to have a bit of credibility in court too.
If you did it, I wouldnt fight him on this. He's completely in the right.

You have commited a common law offence and threatening behaviour is an arrestable offence under section 5. The priest has the same rights as every one else.Religiously he may consider that youhave desecrated holy ground or property.

He accused you? Did you or didn't you? I'd probably punch you in the head if you urinated against my house. Count yourself lucky it was a priest and go for a drain next time.
Don't take my comment personally though if you say you are from Yahoo answers I'll invite you in for a cup of tea.

Urinating in public IS a crime, and punishable by a fine or short jail time. So what you did IS illegal AND unsanitary. He could have you arrested or ticketed for the offense.
Raising your fists and threatening someone is considered "assault" (if you had hit him, it would have also included batterey) He can also have charges pressed against you for this and have you arrested.

what are you doing urniating on buildings anyway??? isn't thats why we made public restrooms. Maybe you should be the one to smarten up and understand that the person who has to clean that up is the priest. And I just think that you got angry cause you got caught. you should apologize to the priest and tell him you were trying to act like a 5 year old.

most of are content to merely piss *off* the church.
in case you're not kidding, though, public urination is in fact a crime and yes, priests have the same rights as the rest of humanity.
