If we understand "god", can we use that to make our world grow?

Question

If I categorize my existence into thing I know and things unknown, can this be the link. To surrender to unknown knowledge and an idea of higher purpose and mystery and to temporalily drop my ego created world of personal experience and the knowledge I gathered.
Does it all have to do with the ability to dream, and create. To desire and intend to bring forth my ideas into my surroundings, does this create a motivated attitude to bringing heaven here to earth?
I really am not trying to make a point but seriously questioning this concept.
I think of all the things I don't know and things I can't explain. Then I think of some things I do know but others can't explain and label it god or a miracle.
If our brain measures frequencies and we create inventions that also measure different frequencies, how far can this ability to decipher frequencies take us?

I think we are still far away from an answer that might truly satisfy your question without leaving you further questions or unsatisfying answers. Have you seen the documentary "What the "bleep" do we know?" It might give you a good idea but still would leave you not completely satisfied. i think your questionings about frequencies is very truly directed into the possibility of creating a better world, truly to resemblance to god as if every single one of us is made that way but then again the actual situation of the earth and I'mnot focused here only to the Lebanon and Israel conflict, but to the world as a whole (Africa, Latin America, etc.) gives you a different perspective of stuff. As Descartes finally said, "I only know I don't know anything."
P.S. I directly translated from my spanish which is my first language so I'm not sure if I'm writing what I trully mean.
