well im not saying all of them are, but when i used to go to church
almost all the church kids would smoke drink...EVERYTHING!
on bible study they would go out to the park and smoke weed..
ahah and then when the reall service started they would talk badly about people who listened to normal music and drank and smoked. when they are the ones who do it also.

Its a simple fact... muslims hate non muslims. There is no freedom in islam. Millions of muslims worldwide rioted over that Mohammed Cartoon and the artists life was threatened. Such a stupid incident outlines the lack of freedom and widespread hatred and extremism in islam. If they hate me for being a non muslim i hate them back.

If you became a public official and/or must testify in court and are asked to swear to tell the truth by placing your hand on the HOLY BIBLE of God, would you and why?

I'm not trying to be sarcastic, but I'm really curious as to what you would do in this situation. You don't believe in God or His writings, so why should you be forced to swear on His book?

I feel that there are valuable lessons in the book and I do not want to diminish it, but it is written in different styles and sometimes is contradictory. If it is almost certainly written by men and not a higher power, why do we insist it is and make religion even less believable?

will be a baby..if not killed..so do you see my point. I am sick of everyone saying that the fetus is not a living person.. its just not grown into a full size baby..that will grow into a toddler..then on and on, if not killed. We all have to grow in order. So how can you say abortion is not murder? So dont call the baby a baby or a toddler a toddler or a fetus a fetus.. they are all HUMAN growing if not murdered.. Right!!

Can you christians explain to my audience what you plan on doing for an eternity since you are soooo obsessed with the fact that you are immortal and live forever in an after life? Even though the truth is there is no after life. So, NOW, as opposed to not existing anymore after you die which is what is the truth, why dont you tell us about it what you wanna lovvve to do for an eternity as a "spirit" which according to myth cannot eat, cant have sex, drink, or do anything the physical body can do and by the way just so you know there are 90,000 people viewing my post right now from around the world. More than once I've used a specific passage, word for word, from the Bible (in my case The King James Bible) and have had people here in Yahoo Answers tell me I misquoted the passage.

Then they 'correct' me by re-phrasing the passage, altering the meaning.

An example: Directly from King James: He that is without sin among you, let him cast a stone. - James 8:7.

Then I'm told the passage actually says "He who is without the same sin..."

(As you can see, this alters the meaning greatly.)

Then I'm told the passage actually says " ...cast the first stone."

(Which, while nearly the same, still alters the true meaning of the passage.)

So, my friends, how many of you base your quotes on a bible other than the King James? And which one, which translation?

And more importantly, why would you be sure that your translation is any more true, any more pure than the old standard King James?

Do you ever feel like the "Christian" God is the white man's God. When I look at things like the poverty level of minorities and third world countries, and all the natural disasters affecting them-while our "white leaders" say things like "well they didn't have anything anyway, so this is working out well for them", it really makes me stop and think.

I recently read over a question that a female asked when she questioned why a lesbian would choose to be with a "stud/butch" woman. Or as she said a woman who looks like a man. The question was closed and I could not answer but I felt that I had to say something,,

Now, just because you are a lesbian (or a woman period) does not mean you are going to be feminine. Many straight women are not feminine themselves. Many men are still attracted to this. Therefore we all know you can be tomboyish without being a lesbian!

Just as some lesbian women choose to use straps and/or dildos,, it is not to feel closer to being with a man, some just enjoy penetration. I'm sure it would not matter what it was shaped like. (Could take the shape of a large finger,, who cares?)

The point is, you like what you like. People are who they are, if studs chose to shop in the men's departments, he11 why not. Straight women can do the same thing and still be straight. Y be criticized because of it...
