i am a straight male who is very much in love with my girlfriend.

now, i hear many people in general (not just gays) say they were born how they are, and i get to thinking

how can you be born with a certain personality right a birth? i know i wan't born straight. just like i wasn't born with certain food preferences or a certain mentality about anything.

now don't get me wrong, i'm not at all saying you choose to be straight/gay. i am just saying that it is an unknown reson why people are homosexual or straight.

since scientists have already proven that there is no "gay gene", it can't be genetic.

even some homosexuals say that they have always felt different from childhood. well, that doesn't prove they were gay at birth, just very early in life.

i believe these things are subconciously influenced by some unknown or known factor.

what do you think? and please tell me why, adressing why i am wrong if you disagree in any way.

Several times I have seen pictures of the Pope washing the feet of priests and have heard of foot fetishes but thought it strange he would publish his, isn't he affraid of catching Tinia? think about it.if we are just animals our only reponsibilty is to ourselves and our sex urge and survival instinct. so it really shouldnt make a difference whether we care about the good of any society. since there is no eternity why not just live it up,screw as many people as we can and ensure our gene pool keeps going with no thought of tomorrow? i dont know,it doesnt make sense,ther has to be life after death.it seems easier to me and it seems to make better sense.whatcha think ?

My friend has offered her place for my graduation party, I'm supplying food. She's been buying things and acquiring lawn furniture that she will keep afterwards. Now she wants to invite some of her friends (who I don't know) because she doesn't know anyone on the invite list. Why would I want strangers at my graduation party? To everyone invited it looks as though she's totally hosting the deal. Should I just suck it up and enjoy meeting new friends or should I say "No?" Or should I ask her to pitch in for the food? (Neither of us are overburdened with money right now.)
