I'm interested in what people think about intelligent life in places other than EARTH! The universe is so huge, I think there has to be life all over the galaxy we just can't see it yet. I found this book that explains how the Bible is really an "Athiest book", that the word God in the Bible was originally Elohim which is ancient hebrew for "those who came from the sky". That means that it was not a supernatural or mystical god which created life on Earth, but people from another planet who made us "in their image". You can check out the website to get a better explanation that I can say at www.rael.org.

But regardless, do you think that we on this planet are the only ones in the whole universe? Or have we just not yet reached the stage of becoming part of a galactic culture of intelligent life??....

Hey, I've got the money. The pastor and his wife, they've been real nice to me and my family after some of the donations I've made. We even have special parking at the church.

I'm wondering if I start tithing 20% on a regular basis if it would get me some consideration with the big guy? Would it help to smooth over some of those little transgressions that I've had, especially the one with my secretary?

I believe in God and heaven, yet I'm terrified of dying. I can't fathom what happens when you die. Could this mean I'm losing my faith? If I believe, why do I question it, and why am I afraid to die?

Why, in a lot of speeches about the bible, do people say that they cried? I'm a christian myself, and I have nothing against anything about the church, but they cried?!? The end of the bible scared the HELL outta me! It said how the earth was going to end!! Thats scary!

There's a Burger King commercial that has midgets using construction equipment to stack up cheeseburgers. It seems to promote midget stereotypes and I don't understand why the Little People of America (sort of a NAACP for midgets) hasn't protested it. People need to understand that filthy little midgets are people too.

Dear readers:
I was having an argument with a Christian friend a few days ago. It is a bit lengthy but I hope you will find this interesting.
Here was how our argument went about:
( For convenience sake, I will abbreviate my name as AR & my Christian friend's name as CF )
AR : What if someone were to come up to you & introduce a religion whereby God manifests himself in multiple forms ie. a tree, a cloud, a human being, a dog & a cockroach at the same time. & in addition, this God has an uncle, an aunt and a nephew.
CF : I will tell him that his religion is totally absurd & is an innovation of the devil. I will tell him not to believe in this idiotic religion and wake up to his senses.
AR : So how can you believe in your idiotic & absurd Christianity then??!!
CF : .... I don't understand what you're trying to say.
AR : In Christianity, do you believe that God is one or God is 3?
CF : God is 1 in 3!
AR : So essentially, you are saying that God is 3!
CF : ......
AR : Does God have a father?
CF : No.
AR : Does Jesus have a father?
CF : Yes.

AR : Therefore, God has a father!

CF : .....

AR : Does God have a mother?

CF : No.

AR : Does Jesus have a mother?

CF : Yes, but it is the human Jesus.

AR : Do you regard the 'human Jesus' as God?

CF : Yes.

AR : Therefore, God has a mother! Unless you want to admit that the 'human Jesus' is NOT God!
CF : .....

AR : Does God have a son?

CF : Yes.

AR : There you have it ! The truth of Pagan Christianity! God is 3 & God has a father, a mother & son!
CF : Er..., excuse me, I got to go now. (Hung up)
I really don't understand these Christians. Why are they so unwilling to admit that their religion is a pagan religion?!
Their logic is:
God is 3.
God is a human being.
God has a father, a mother and a son.

I dont want to start a religious war here lol I just have a question that I am curious about. As cited most famously in the Da Vinci code, but moreever so a true event, the conference held by Constatine in 325 A.D. was done to prove whether or not christ was the son of god. At the conference, they voted only by a slight margion in favor of him being the son of God and all of the gospels claiming he was only a prophet were burned even though a fair majority of Christians belived he was only a prophet. In my religion, Islam, we hold Jesus in VERY high respect but only consider him to be a prophet. I was just wondering, are there any Christians out there that exist today that belive Jesus to only be a prophet and not the son of god, either sticking with or following the ideas of the Christians before the conference with Constatine or are they simply unheard of nowadays. Any of you Christians who only believe jesus is only a prophet and not the son of God?? Elaborate please thanks! =)

So, horroscopes are about what time of year you were born in, and what time of year you were born in was determined by what time of year your parents liked to get their freak on or in the alternative, when dad forgot to wear a condom. When you consider that, why would anyone be dumb enough to actually pay any attention to it?

He is a non-denominational pastor and he is famous in our area for his "God made Adam and Eve, not Adam and Steve" sermons. He's even been on television! Maybe he was just doing research or trying to convert a few of the gays.

If they hate us so much and we're so evil then why should they live here. I could care less if they went back to Afghanistan and the women had no rights and the children got no education. Maybe its not so bad afterall and they should shut up and stop complaining. If they really cared so much they would head right back.
