I don't care about where a person is from I care about the character of the person.
If they are a good person I would welcome them with open arms. I have Mexican neighbors.
If the person were not of good character I might be wary. As a people I find the Mexicans some of the warmest and considerate.

Don't think about it at all. If they are nice people then you could make some great friends and maybe learn a new culture and cooking menus.
If they aren't nice well they are just a neighbor and not different from the people that live near you that you don't know.
Maybe you should ask the question what will they think about living next to You ( if you are White, black, English, Spanish, Italian, French, Thai, Korean, Chinese, Japanese, South African, and so on and so on.)

They re not that bad. for the most part they work. But they have like 8 people sleeping on their living room floor. They also get rowdy when their drunk, but it can lead to some seriously funny entertainment (i.e. two Mexicans fighting). Just be on point if they start leaving bottles every were. Let em know that sh_t is an eyesore and to clean up their mess. which they definatley will make

Um. I live in a mostly black and hispanic neighborhood. My next door neighbors are cuban like me. The people behind us are black, and across the street are a family of mexicans. They have never bothered anybody or caused any trouble, they pretty much stay to themselves and work for a living.

I live in Vancouver BC, Canada and I would have no problem having nice Mexican neighbours...especially if they invited me to dinner once in a while for their great cuisine.

I don't care what nationality my neighbor is as long as they are a good neighbor -- not loud, keep the house and yard nice, and don't have people coming and going all the time.

No problems whatsoever. Would keep my Spanish current. I already live in a condo with Asians, Russians, and other ex-Soviet bloc ethnicities. Building smells good around dinnertime!
