I'm going to say...Sumer, on the banks of the Euphrates, ahh yes, the cradle of civilization.
Possibly also Catal Huyuk, first city ever found to have landscape paintings...landscape painting is a pretty damn big gift to the world. Not a nation maybe, but we're talking about a much smaller, spread out population at this point in time.
Need I even mention the ancient Egypt, Greece and Rome? Huge nations, empires even at one time, though they are small now. Egyptians were the first to figure out pi (so we suspect, but anyway they were incredible engineers). Greece had democracy, and they invented modern philosophy, and the modern concept of doctors, and much of modern math and science. They figured out that the earth was round waaaaay before Christian Europe, which denied it for years, even existed. I don't think you can underestimate the impact they had on people's lives even today. Then Rome, the representative republic, on whose sculptures our modern ideas of beauty are still based, and whose empire, though ancient, shaped the development of Europe into the 20th century.
So yes, I can name a few nations.
And by the way, while I'm here, what the hell is "christian america"? America has all types, buddy.

Well Like others have stated. The United States is not a Christian Nation. Freedom of religion means freedom of "All" religions not just yours. It's time to grow up and learn to share like the big boys and girls do. And to answer your question. The Hindu's gave us the concept of zero. That's been pretty darn useful if you ask me. Especially when it comes to Binary Code. Of course lets not rule out how the Pagan Romans gave us the foundation of our government(a republic). We also got the concept of "wergild"(the price of a man) from Pagan Germanic tribes, which as been immensely useful in suing for wrongful death cases. etc etc. Let's not forget that the Chinese gave us the stirrup which helped the Christians immensely in their raiding and pillaging. Also the Japanese wrote the first novel. The Leheye should be grateful for the idea. America has a lot to thank many older and Non-christian civilizations for it's very existence. To think it's the greatest of all nations is arrogent and self important. Basically, Get over yourself!

The Roman Empire? Greece? C'mon, I love The USA as well, but it is not just Christians in America that have given to the world, nor if America the only country to have given so much! Get off your high horse before someone takes a cheap shot at you and knocks you off.
All countries have people, in all faiths, that work to make the world better. Let's not try to upstage each other with our gifts, but be like the poor woman in the parable, and just do our best to give what we can, without showing off, without expecting praise, and with out lording it over others that we gave.

France, for starters. I know how much that little fact can annoy certain people, with their Freedom Fries and all...
Hard to work out what CA has given the world. Elvis and creationism spring to mind.
Does Christian America actually own God? If that's the case, then Christian America gave us God AND Elvis, which is pretty cool. Be proud, denizens of Christain America!

Is this a country that I am unaware of? Also, what is being given? Is it food? Bombs? Drugs? Money? I'll assume you mean food/donations and that the country you are speaking of is actually a coalition of people within the United States of America who follow a particular religion. If that is the case, I would say that the United States of America as a whole has given far more as well as any other country that is more than 200 years old.

There is no such a thing as ‘American’ nationality, America is not a nation America is a continent with many nations in it. The US never named itself the name of the United States is a designation it comes from the end of the Declaration of Independence, "WE, therefore, the Representatives of the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, in GENERAL CONGRESS, Assembled...". The preamble to the U.S. Constitution reiterated the phrase: "We the People of the United States..." (The authors of these two documents probably used the phrase "united states" in place of a list of colonies/states because they remained uncertain at the time of drafting which colonies/states would sign off on the sentiments therein.) The geographic term "America" specifies the states' home on the American continent.
It is therefor incorrect to refer to US citizens as Americans with the intent of denoting citizenship, or the United States as America with the intent of denoting a nation. Americans have a term for US citizens, we are called United Statesians by the rest of Americans, to say American with the intent of denoting citizenship or America when we mean the United States reflects poorly on our attitude towards the 70% of Americans that are not United Statesians.

what makes you think that "Christian America" is a nation?
And what 'good' have they done for the world recently?
Even They robbed the India before 1947.... U know how much they robbed can U estimate it.... U can't...
If U really want to do good... let U... But its not better to compare it with others....
Even while giving money to poor ppl, U have to feel that I can't give to all poor ppl as they need.... thats the reality ...
