He is a non-denominational pastor and he is famous in our area for his "God made Adam and Eve, not Adam and Steve" sermons. He's even been on television! Maybe he was just doing research or trying to convert a few of the gays.

If you weren't making these questions up in an attempt to make fun of Christianity, I would answer you. But now you are just getting ridiculous. You will be held accountable!

You may report it to anyone you wish, but being gay is not a crime, even for a pastor! It sounds like a difficult life to have to give sermons against such tastes just to "keep with the program". It almost sounds like a selling of the soul itself and really it is punishment enough to have to "live a lie". You really need not report it to anyone. The truth always shows sooner or later to all who want to know. That goes for your situation too. After all, how did you find him there? Is it okay for you to go to a gay bar (or at least peep into one with curiosity) and not him? Why? Are you less important than him? No way. Are you out and free about your truth to the whole world? Probably not the whole world. Not even maybe a small fraction. So why force him to be? I just forced you to be. Does it feel good?

This might be a time when you want to talk to him in private first. This is what we are commanded to do.

Matthew 18:15-16

15 “If your brother sins against you, go and show him his fault, just between the two of you. If he listens to you, you have won your brother over. 16 But if he will not listen, take one or two others along, so that ‘every matter may be established by the testimony of two or three witnesses.’

This is especially important with a pastor. If a rumor is spread that isn't true, it could ruin his ministry. If he is gay and living a lie, then he will be better off if he can "come out of the closet" and either get the help he needs or go on to live the life-style he wants to live. Just be very careful. Peace.

Do not do anything at all. That is between God and your pastor. Only worry about what you are doing or should not be doing. Do not tell anybody else. That's gossip and could ruin lives. You do not even have any Idea what's really going on. He may be witnessing.

This situation depends on how well you know him. If you know him pretty well then I would ask him about it with an open mind. If you don't know him very well then I would just leave him alone.
If he is gay, he may be using his "not Adam and Steve" sermons so people won't label him as gay.

Nobody made you the pastor police. You have no idea what he was doing there and frankly it's none of your business. Don't be a gossiping busybody. Also quit thinking the worst of people. It's very telling about the type of person you are and your personality.

Jesus went to the homes of the 'sinners' instead of the 'Godly' Pharisees. He once said the persons who were well didn't need a doctor. He came to save those who were lost.
I would hope that witnessing to gay persons was your pastor's motivation and obedience to Christ his mission.

I really don't believe it is any of your or our buisness. So what if He is Gay ? I don't need to know peoples sexual preference to like them. It is His concern if he leeds a different life from the one he preaches. That is between God and your pastor.

Report it to God. In fact, why don't you hop in a time machine and go back to East Germany and rejoin the Stasi so you can report on everyone.

Points to any Christian or Commie who got that twisted logic.
