I think you are saying you know how to solve a specific problem and would like to tell people. I don't think there is a place for that here.
If you mean in life in general, well, yes, if youu are creative. For instance, when he hadn't said anything, I got close and said ''yes, you can kiss me". Or if you can tell someone wants to ask a question but is too shy to, and you want to answer it, you can ask: "would you like me to explain to you..." or whatever. I did that to a lady who had been staring at me (I have a handicap) and first she said no thanks because she was embarassed, then she truned around and said yes please, and was friendly and nice after that.

Yes, of course! I am always willing and quite able to give people a piece of my mind whether they've asked for it or not. Sometimes, they don't verbalize a question, but I know they want me to answer it anyway, and of course, I do.
