All Scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for
reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness:
That the man of God may be perfect, thoroughly furnished unto all good works. (II Timothy 3:16-17)
Even though many writers wrote the Bible over many years, there are no contradictions. One author
does not contradict any of the others.
The Bible includes discussions of hundreds of controversial subjects. (A controversial subject is one that
creates different opinions when mentioned). Yet the writers of the Bible spoke on such subjects with
harmony from the first book of Genesis through the last book of Revelation. This was possible because
there was really only one author: God. The writers only recorded the message under His direction and
inspiration. For this reason, the content of the Bible is united.
Some of the writers wrote down exactly what God said:
Take thee a roll of a book, and write therein all the words that I have spoken unto
thee against Israel . . . (Jeremiah 36:2)
Other writers wrote what they experienced or what God revealed concerning the future:
Write the things which thou hast seen, and the things which are, and the things
which shall be hereafter. (Revelation 1:19)
All of the writers wrote under God's inspiration the words of His message for us.

I don't think you are going to find a single person who thinks God actually picked up a pen and wrote the Bible himself in one sitting. What the truth is that the Bible was written by men who were inspired by the Holy Spirit. Some (like Paul in the New Testament) wrote accounts of events that he himself witnessed or that were witnessed by people he interviewed. Some (Psalms) are collections of prayers and songs.

Gal 3:22 But the Scripture has shut up everyone under sin, so that the promise by faith in Jesus Christ might be given to those who believe.
2Ti 3:16 All Scripture is inspired by God and profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, for training in righteousness;
2Ti 3:17 so that the man of God may be adequate, equipped for every good work.
2Pe 1:20 But know this first of all, that no prophecy of Scripture is a matter of one's own interpretation,
2Pe 1:21 for no prophecy was ever made by an act of human will, but men moved by the Holy Spirit spoke from God.
Tit 1:9 holding fast the faithful word which is in accordance with the teaching, so that he will be able both to exhort in sound doctrine and to refute those who contradict.
Heb 4:12 For the word of God is living and active and sharper than any two-edged sword, and piercing as far as the division of soul and spirit, of both joints and marrow, and able to judge the thoughts and intentions of the heart.

Written by man inspired by God.Just like someone wrote a book today it would be quite different in style than ones wrote back then.We would be able to discribe things better.Back then if they saw an airplane in a vision they would have to discribe it by what they knew(Example).

I personally feel that most of the bible (not all, most) are more stories to help guide us down a good path, rather than to actually be taken as fact.

God didn't write the Bible. Paul wrote the Bible. Paul never met Jesus; Jesus didn't even LIKE Paul...
