I keep hearing "If you're over thirty, and you want to get married, you have to marry somebody with children !" . Is this true ? Aren't there people who wouldn't make a good stepparent ? Aren't some people much better off marrying a childless woman ? Can ANYBODY inspire children to be respectful and obedient ? Children won't obey somebody's rules if they don't want to, and they don't want to . Whenever I've been in charge of children, they've usually decided I'm somebody they don't have to obey, and I can't have that in my home . I'd have to have my rules obeyed and respected, and children aren't obedient and respectful . If Mom has a second husband, Dad has a second wife, and everybody's making rules for the kids, isn't that "too many cooks in the kitchen" ?

Youth is supposed to be carefree. Childhood is meant for laughing, playing and growing. But children in Darfur are living in tragedy.

War in Darfur still affects some 4 million people, and half of them are children.
Most Americans are familiar with what's happening in Darfur. It's been on TV and in newspapers. But the problem is so big, it seems too hard for one person to make a difference.

And other variants of the same benefits, that allow people to stay unemployed indefinitely. If we weren't at the point where we have to import foreign labour I wouldn't care, but there a several million Brits on their arses for no good reason. My twin brother in laws are in their mid thirties and have never worked, they just parasite of the state, my hard earned tax money.

Should we limit it to something like one year in ten when we have good employment rates? A lifetime maximum? I could walk into a crappy low paid job tomrrow and support myself. Why should anyone get away with it when we are having to import labour?

I don't understand our culture and society. I have no problem with desiring wealth to live a more comfortable life but if we don't desire a big house, expensive cars, a barbie doll wife, millions of friends, and 5 children then there are something wrong with us. I like living a simple life, nice apartment, decent car and hopefully find a Big beautiful women with a great personality and maybe kids, but a lot of people think I am crazy. In my opinion the American Dream is too high maintenance and stressful. Worrying about paying your car note and a wife with unrealistic expectations. Living a simpler live is a lot less stressful. Does anyone else agree with me?

Marxist feminism is a sub-type of feminist theory which focuses on the dismantling of capitalism as a way to liberate women. Marxist feminism states that capitalism, which gives rise to economic inequality, dependence, political confusion and ultimately unhealthy social relations between men and women, is the root of women's oppression. According to Marxist theory, in capitalist societies the individual is shaped by class relations. Marxist feminists see gender inequality as determined ultimately by the capitalist mode of production. Gender oppression is class oppression and women's subordination is seen as a form of class oppression which is maintained because it serves the interests of capital and the ruling class. Marxist feminists have extended traditional Marxist analysis by looking at domestic labour as well as wage work in order to support their position.
