I've already taken the test, it was in a college course I took a couple of years ago. But I knew the answer before we discussed it in class. The three illnesses are
1) Mental illness.
2) Addiction (which is a form of mental illness.
3) HIV postive or full-blown AIDS (which is rare these days due to medication management) But you can be charged with a crime if you do not inform partners if you are HIV+ before you have sex with them.
