Marxist feminism is a sub-type of feminist theory which focuses on the dismantling of capitalism as a way to liberate women. Marxist feminism states that capitalism, which gives rise to economic inequality, dependence, political confusion and ultimately unhealthy social relations between men and women, is the root of women's oppression. According to Marxist theory, in capitalist societies the individual is shaped by class relations. Marxist feminists see gender inequality as determined ultimately by the capitalist mode of production. Gender oppression is class oppression and women's subordination is seen as a form of class oppression which is maintained because it serves the interests of capital and the ruling class. Marxist feminists have extended traditional Marxist analysis by looking at domestic labour as well as wage work in order to support their position.

I think the key-notion is that of exploitation. What characterizes capitalist system in Marxist theory is the exploitation of one class over the other, the capitalist class increases the capital by owning laborers' work and paying tit less of what they produce. The side aspect of exploitation is commodification the fact that everything, included human relationships become a commodity, that is they are ruled and evaluated on money bases. Marxist feminism focuses on the exploitation and commodification of man-woman relations: men get more powerful and richer by using women's work and submission. In this sense the traditional family is considered a typical example of men's exploitation of women (they are supposed to work, to raise children, to satisfy men's desires with no real reward in terms of socialpower and wealth.) The other aspect is the commodification of women, so called object-women, who offer beauty and sexual satisfaction as commodity on a men-buyers's market (this is not referred to prostitution only, but also to "normal" gender role-games. She has to be glamorous and actractive in order to raise her price on the social market. Conversely man has to work more and get rich in order to afford the most precious women, as it were). Such a situation, for several reasons, is considered very proficient for the general capitalist system as a whole. So in some way gender-conflict is but a consequence of the more general class-conflict which is the main structure of the capitalist system. That's why it is impossible to change gender relations unless by changing the general productive system.

P.S. The subject is huge and entangled and cannot be solved in a few lines. To be sure you won't get anyway by reading that "Das Kapital" (please) was Hitler's Bible (definitely false) or other humorous commonplaces.

Good luck!

Same old tired Marxist communist theory.! Just dressed up in women's clothes if you will.
What it is saying is that in a Capitalist society women can never be equal to men because of them being oppressed as a gender, and them being women is a class in itself instead of lumping women with the classes which Karl Marx listed in his Marxist Manifesto.

Main Classes according to Karl Marx where:

The workers the oppressed.! the have nots

The ruling class: The oppressors.! the haves

Karl Marx also espoused that religion was the opuim of the people which the ruling class used to help control the masses.

Classes according to Marxist feminism are:

All women: Oppressed by both the worker and Ruling classes:

The workers: the oppressed

The ruling class: The oppressors

The only way which women as a class will stop being oppressed is by doing away with Capitalism which will make all classes equal since everyone will own an equal share of everything.
There will be no privately owned companies, nor private property. The state will own everything.
The people will be the state and each own an equal share in every thing.
That is the theory anyway. What really happens is a Totalitarian dictatorship like the Nazi's in Germany under Hilter and, the Communist in the Soviet Union under Joseph Stalin.
In theory communism as espoused by karl Marx is a perfect form of government. That is in theory only.
Reason is he leaves out two basic human elements: That is greed and ego in all humans in his theory.
You need to get your hands on:
"The Communist Manifesto," By Karl Marx and read it if you can find it. It will open your eyes concerning Communism and what it is all about.
"The Das Capital" Also by Karl Marx, which was Hilter's more or less Bible. It will also open you eyes about Communism and National Socialim, (The Nazis)

In a triangle, the altitude (top)drawn from the vertex to the option aspect (the bottom), then divided by utilizing 2 provides the realm. Now take a quadrilateral, draw a diagonal making 2 triangles. call one base b1, the different b2. the top will be an same. upload both elements and get a million/2(h b1) + a million/2 (h b2) component a million/2h(b1+b2) and also you've were given the formula for the realm of the trapezoid

Men make more money and control the capital this way.
In a socialist economy women would get the same wages as men.

Personally I think religion is more to blame for this than capitalism. (but that's getting off the subject maybe)
