All my life I have been shy and never was never really assertive. Of course, I would stick up for myself. But, it's more like over the years I've grown more and more scared of talking to people. Even on the phone I can't talk to someone I don't know. I have to have someone else do it, like my mom. I want to know how I can be more of a people person? How can I not be afraid to talk to people. I am so scared of going anywhere alone. I have to have someone with me just so I won't be alone with all these people I don't know! It's horrible! I can't continue to be like this!

I think that as we intend to continue using the service, it's very important for us to know what is permissible or not. I got in a minor car fender bender - my wife was driving. She dented the rear fender of this guys total piece of crap 1982 Buick LeSabre, but it was our fault and we felt we should make it right. He immediately started screaming, yelling, threatening to 'beat the hell out of my wife' etc. I asked her to lock herself in the car, and told him to please relax, we can call the cops, insurance, or I can just give him cash for the dent. He refuses cops & insurance, wants cash. I agree he goes and gets an estimate. $1260 for a dent. The car is worth $700. I still agree, since I told him I would pay for it. Then he increases to $2000 next day. I refuse, and he starts threatening my life. Throws a brick through my window. Leaves death threats on phone. He is a black guy, and a ghetto punk. I hate to say it, but I expected this the second I spoke to him, he radiated bad karma. Does his 'being black' somehow justify to him his abuse and greed? He calls me racist names,Im disgusted
