Depends on where I am in proximity to her. If she's walking away, as usual, it's below. If I'm talking to her, it's ALWAYS above. If she's whispering dirty thoughts into my ear I pinch myself and it wakes me right up.

I look at her smile so i guess above the neck. But whats below the neck can be good too. But if her smile is beautiful enough it doesnt matter whats below the neck.

You have to take in the whole picture. How does she stand? Is there light in her eyes? Is she of muscular build or is she more of a couch potatoe homebody? Does she dress stylishly or simple? Does she make simple look elegant? Is she graceful? If she is a real angel, you have to look to see if she is floating above the ground ;)
Physical attraction (head to toe) does weigh heavily in first impressions (as it does from her point of view as well) but character, personality, intelligence, compassion, joy are all unmistakeable qualities that you can capture through her eyes and radiating out around her.
Her overall appearance and actions will speak volumes.
I have seen some very attractive women that I would never want to talk to because they didn't seem to have a brain in their heads, or their vanity was stronger than the attraction to them.

First I look above then below. It all happens instantaneously. Then after the initial look, I tend to look above with periodic glances below if I saw something that I liked or disliked or if I think something was overlooked.

Honestly, it depends on whether or not she's looking at me, and whether or not I expect to see her again. Yes on both, look into the eyes. No on both, look everywhere below the neck.

I wouldn't restrict myself. I'd look at whatever is most appealing, be it the eyes, the cheekbones, the bust, the thighs, etc. Of course, if she'd be able to notice, I'd probably keep my eyes at least above her waist, but I don't much care if she knows I'm looking.

When speaking to anyone, you look at them in the eyes. Its rude to stare at a woman's breast. ( know some women do through them out there which causes your eyes to look down) but be a gentlemen (or a lady) and look people in the eyes when speaking to them.

Try to make eye contact, and don't let your eye wonder and look at her boobs even tho that will be a hard thing to do since most women expose a bit of their boobs.
