Its more like a contract hitman. The only way I know since I have been around some sorts of things is military experience. I graduated top of my class in sniper school U.S.M.C. After a military career that took me everywhere and did almsot everything, upon return to civilian life, I was offered many types of "jobs". I turned them down but a lot of my buddies in Spec Ops did not.

Don't worry about joining traditional armed forces. You'll only get discouraged and angry.
Read and learn about various kinds of weapondry, stay physically fit, and then when you are older, join the French Foreign Legion, the world's elite mercenary force.

To begin with you should look at the armed forces for training, whichever you prefer, marines, army, etc. Then, after you complete your training, they'll send you to the middle east for some real life practise. Upon your return, your resume will speak for itself!

Why would you want to ? It isn't what people see on movies. Think long and hard before trying to do something like this. It takes a unique psycological makeup to do this work.
