what was the one event or time in ur life to this date, that completely crushed you, made you feel helpless, depressed, angry, confused, unsure of yourself, useless, and/or you didnt know what to do or if you were going to survive it?

please, i need some reassurance that im going to get thro this and that im better off than it feels...

The day after I get drunk, I usually have a mild hang over. You know, I'm sort of sluggish and dehydrated. That's about it.

But emotionally, I feel really depressed and almost guilty about something. It's a heavy dreary feeling. The first few times this happened, I kept feelin like I had done something wrong. But now, I realise it just happens after I drink a lot. There must be a chemical cause to this awful feeling associated with hang over. Does anyone else have these effects or know what causes it?

(Also, I drink an appropriate level of alcohol. I get really drunk on those occassions when others are drunk too- for example at a wedding or a holiday or a party. Friends and family drink a lot, but I'm not talking about regular boozing)

In my dream, I am running away from someone/something (I am not sure) and I go online to research for some info.. While I am online, one of my guy friends comes over to help me. He sits in such a way that position me in between his legs, pressed up against his crotch. His arms are around me as well (touching every inch of my body with his body) to use the keyboard, and his face is pressed up against my face (cheek to cheek). We are so close, I can feel his breath and the heat of his body. It felt so real. I also felt him get hard and enjoyed it. What does this mean??? Please tell me what you think it might mean? I am not interested in him romantically in real life and I have never seen him in my dream before ever! Please! Thanks!

At what point in reality does the world in your head and the world everyone else exists in become as one without ripping what I perceive as my spirit or will into a million pieces?Is there mental exercises that can be learned to better respect everyone elses world when they are communicating with my world,so the outcome of the conversation will be productive and not the start of bad words,hurt feelings,seperation from loved ones?Could it be that my world is the actual reality and everyone elses should conform or at least be open to it in orde r for my world to stay ih harmony?

My ex was suicidal and I helped him thru so much. We were together for 2 yrs. We never fought, and I stood by him and gave him the best advise poosible. Mind you, I told him to get prof help,but he only wanted mine, so I did. Well, for reasons he decided to end our relationship, but I found out that he lied about many things, probably because he was ashamed. Well, I tried countless times to confront him and he got at me and sent me an email and told me that if I can't handle it to get help from a pychologist. All I do is cry becauseI can't cope knowing he was so "suicidal", made me feel sorry for him and I actually believed him, for him to say that to me. I was there for him and the one time I want toi comfront him or needed him, this is what he says to me. Can someone help me explain from a pychological point of view why he is this way. He comes from a good family, was he ashamed?I feel he messed with my head & I think about it alot. I never thought he could do or say these things.

i know most will say yes to this, as looks do not last forever, but how can one show there true intelligence i dont talk much so i think i proabbaly come across as quite shallow, but i think really deeply about things i just have trouble expressing it?

We've been together a year and 4 months and this past week we got into 2 fights, one which was totally my fault. We are fine now but i feel bad for putting her through that and want to do something that will mean alot. I love making her happy and seeing her smile and just knowing that i did something to make her life all that better. I can't even put into words how much i love this girl. She is the most amazing person i ever met and she makes me soo happy just being with me. I know she loves me just as much, but i know fighting with her really bothers her. What can i do for my baby?

he shows signs of anti-social personality disorder, and that's what I'm leaning towards, because he exhibits deceitfulness for personal gain, irritability and aggression, consistent irresponsibility in his job (taking too long during lunch breaks, spacing out during work), and a general lack of remorse for his obsession and murder threats, claiming "I just took pictures." Am I right in my "diagnosis"?

Well, I contacted my ex after 6 months - since we broke up...
I met this person last year, and we were in love, we broke up 6 months back - and today i decided to just say hi online -


1st he was very nice to me, and then after sometime, he started to act crazy - he started name calling - he said i was crazy - and then said he is in love with another women - I gave it back to him, however I just dont know why he behaved this way, or what i did to deserve this??

he was so rude, waht can i do?? what do i do abt it? why would he act this way when all i did was be nice and say hi?

Someone just got into a company a week ago. Then quit abruptly without advance notice because of undisclosed family issue which requires her to go out side of the country (where her family is). Will she be able to go back to the company after quitting? Or will she find a hard time? Or should she look for another job? This thing happened twice already, before she got into the company, she went home, and came back. It's a tough situation. I think some of her coworkers don;'t believe her anymore. what can she do now?
