Someone just got into a company a week ago. Then quit abruptly without advance notice because of undisclosed family issue which requires her to go out side of the country (where her family is). Will she be able to go back to the company after quitting? Or will she find a hard time? Or should she look for another job? This thing happened twice already, before she got into the company, she went home, and came back. It's a tough situation. I think some of her coworkers don;'t believe her anymore. what can she do now?

no, she told the manager the same day that she would quit. so she gave notice. but no advance notice. because it was an emergency.

It would depend on the job shes doing.
If it something where she can be replaced (call centre, selling tickets, flipping burgers e.g.) it shouldnt be much of a problem.
If its a job, where ppl rely on her and replacing her is difficult, she should try and find something else.
Now Im just wondering why you are asking this in "psychology"

Don't know about all companies but at all of the ones I have worked for if you quit without notice then you are not eligible for rehire.

Thats up to her boss. I would find it hard to believe she would be allowed back. Depends on circumstance and the place of business.
