the dreams i have are something. and they are not out of a game. It is really my dream. Plus i was in a school trying or waiting for something like before and you know. Plus i broke through the ceiling and i woke up. My question is Y i am i having these really weird dreams. And if you want to hear more about my dreams e-mail me or reply

Are you taking any drugs. Some drugs can mess with your dreams such as acne medication, malaria medication, etc. Best to write your dreams down as they probably will be the best dreams of your life.

And yes when i was a a child i thought my dreams were real. I thought i could fly until i jumped off my roof and broke my leg.

I have the same thing when I was six, first I was in a war like Star Wars and I was killing everyone and second, I came up the hill like i survived and it was a baseball field and the people are cheering me on, so yeah, dreams can be weird, maybe it is what your thinking

When teenagers go through puberty, it throws off their sleeping cycle. It's called the circadian cycle, and is caused to be disturbed by your hormones. I think you wil grow out off it. Talk to your docter and buy the book, "Healthy Sleep Habits, Happy Child" It's a baby book, but it helped me understand how to "reset" my body.
