Hmm depends on if a girl or guy...If a guy starts rollerblading in a thong I would be turning my head the other way.....It reminds of Borat movie. If it hot girl most definitively my head would turning with my tongue out. I would get my rollerblades and join her...of course with my clothes on...

I would tell them to put some clothes on! It's one thing to do that in public and give yourself a bad name but if you do it at a job where you're dealing with the public you're risking giving your company a bad name.
