My therapist says that it is a fear of accomplishment, succeeding. As soon as I realize that I deserve all the things that I really work for then I will just do it and not procrastinate. Weird huh?

The answers to your long-term pracrastination problem is to just do what you're going to do and stop wasting time. Don't just think about it, do it! The sooner you get things done, the less stress you'll have.

Stop smoking weed. Marijuana has a strong effect on your motivation, and after a few days you'll have a lot more energy and will to do things.
