i know most will say yes to this, as looks do not last forever, but how can one show there true intelligence i dont talk much so i think i proabbaly come across as quite shallow, but i think really deeply about things i just have trouble expressing it?
can anyone help?

If you feel secure and relaxed in yourself then intelligence will express itself naturally and in the right manner.
Becoming more confident in speaking is a good thing, but forcing the appearance of intellegence can look staged and being a bit of a "know it all". Just because people talk all the time does not make people more intelligent; it takes a very intelligent person to know how to listen to others.
To be honest, I've had people thinking that I'm shallow before but it turns out these individuals were deeply stupid who deep down thought they were stupid and shallow and they were taking it out on me. If you do have individuals like that in your life don't blame yourself and flush them down the toilet!

Intelligence is extremely sexy as long as you don't abuse it. You see, some people use their intelligence to make others feel "small" and unknowledgeable. You don't sound like that type of person. Being a little quiet adds some mystery also and that can be appealing in some cases. However, you are going to have to speak up at some point if you want to be heard. I don't know if you're a guy or not, but intelligent women love deep thinkers. If you're a female, there's a certain amount of men out there who can appreciate such depth as well. At any rate, try striking up a conversation with someone that you find interesting. Be a listener and comment appropriately without dominating or judging. You'll be amazed at the response. I wish you luck! You sound very interesting.

Intelligence is attractive, and I'm with my boyfriend since he's intelligent. If you can' show it with the way you speak, you can show it with the way you act. People will understand you, don't worry. Just try to be a bit extrovert. Share what you think and feel.

Intelligence is plenty attractive when it's associated with making lots of money. Use your intelligence (if, indeed, you are all that) to get a high paying job and buy a Lexus, and the women will throw themselves at you. They claim they won't, but they will, can't help themselves, that's how they evolved.

Not necessarily, but stupidity is definitely NOT attractive.
Anyway, I don't talk much either, but I think that people that have patience to discover you are the ones that really matter.

If you just write things and ask people how they think of it, they could consider you a profound person.
Also if you tend to use big vocabulary, that makes you pretty smart ^-^
