Are psychiatrists generally crazier than their patients?

Like the old Frasier TV sitcom, there were two brothers who were both psychiatrists and they were more neurotic than any of their patients. I think there's more than a little truth to it.

There are some exceptions.
I think they set themselves to that level so they can understand their patients better, but there's a difference.

Yes, that's why their therapy works! It's home tested, research based!
