In everyday life just imagine to think first and act with love for everything. This is the main difference between people living in civilazed world and animals with jungle law.

what could drive a person to such extremes? How can they kill their own child? I understand the situation she's in having been in something not even close as bad, but still, a baby???? It makes me sick to think of it. What are your opinions?

is it wrong that i know i'm really sharp, and i love it, i won't associate with people who don't make an effort to better themselves, i feel like i'm not better, i'm just working harder, and it's hard to find other people that work as hard as i do to stay sharp, i don't drink or do drugs, i'm allways finding something new to read, and learn..this isn't arrogance is it?

Mine was that I was on the titantic ( which was in the halifax harbour) with my mom and lil bro and it was sinking. We couldn't get a lifeboat, so I had to pretend I was some little rich girls sister so my family could get one. My mom picked the suckiest one, like one of those little round sleds and all 3 of us got on. I fell asleep and when I woke up, I was lying on the shore, my family was gone and the little mermaid was there. I went home and my mom was there, but I couldn't find my lil brother. Then I looked outside and he was on top of our shed. That was one crazy dream.

Other than to ignore or walk away, reverse psychology is it the answer,Regarding personally directed derogative verbal attacks?

To prove a point,
Earlier today as an experiment in basic human nature I posted
The English why do they do it????

And as a result received more than my fair share in return as expected.
Now as I understand it some people having opened the message would have viewed it and recognised it for what it was, a typical attempt to initiate a prescribed response.
But others seen it as an opportunity to either agree or delve into my previous list of questions as to return a more personal response back.

So can anyone tell me is reverse psychology or double bluff responses valid as a defence?

Oh and I’ve both apologised to and thanked everyone for taking part in my previous post.

Your thoughts please!!!!

Tell me some useful generalizations about how people react when a viewpoint differing with theirs is presented - first in general, then on their relationship or organizational position relative to you.
(I didn't say whether this could be friend, relative, partner, coworker, boss etc.)
You might comment on personality types, Myers-Brigg or other.

- some people thrive on this, they love the interchange and possibility of clarifying their thoughts and/or fresh insights. This seems to require humility, open-mindedness, curiosity.
- conversely some people recoil, feel uncomfortable, challenged, threatened, or plain freak out. This seems to be caused by pride, fear, arrogance, insecurity, lack of articulateness.
- some people simply don't care

I have this HUGE fear and disgust for tiny holes all clustered together. I watched on Animal Planet once about this show called The Most Extreme and the topic was births. And I was watching it, and out came this animal called the Surinam toad (LOOK IT UP.) and I was fine w/ it... until I saw how it gave birth to its offspring. After that, I was seriously disgusted and had that image of the little offspring coming out of the tiny holes in my head repeating over and over again. I can't seem to get over it, but I HATE holes and whenever I tell somebody I do, they just laugh and say I'm weird. So does anyone else out there have this weird phobia??

By the way, the phobia of holes is called Trypophobia.

Is it a hormone that body produces which makes us forget that we will die? Despite knowing that the most certain thing in our lives is that we will die one day, we hardly think about it or fear it in our daily lives..Including me, off course.

I’m worried about a friend. He has a habit of repeating a phrase or word many times a day for no apparent reason, unconsciously, and he cant seem to stop. Some of his phrases are quotes. I originally put his repeating of these down to attention seeking, but some he doesn’t know what they mean, where they come from, or why he can’t stop repeating them. He also does it when he’s on his own and unaware he is overheard. The comments aren’t addressed to anyone, they just come out anyway. The phrases are not appropriate or related to current conversation or events.
He answers direct questions with his nonsense phrases, even when it makes people angry, and even when the question is repeated several times. It upsets him greatly when he's told how annoying it is, he says he is just playing.
I’ve noticed he is worse when he’s upset or stressed.
My sister has suggested he may have Aspergers syndrome. My friend is 30 in March, wouldn't he have been diagnosed by now

Ok, I have been going on about this for a while on yahoo answers, and other websites... I am very upset about my IQ score, i know it only covers some facets of intelligence... But everything i love to do involves a good amount of intelligence. I have been looking in the mirror and trying to speed up my speech and try not to look so lazy eyed and am so obsessed with intelligence that it's personally a big black cloud that covers me 24 hours a day. Ever since my first IQ test i have been depressed and can't let it go and i don't know what to do. I think EVERYONE is more intelligent than me. I can't think proper sentences in my head, i can't visualise things clearly, it's basically making me so depressed that i have contemplated commiting suicide so many times. I just wish i had a good intelligence IQ so life can make more sense to me but i just can't accept the fact that my IQ is so low. My IQ is 90-96 and watching people saying that they are 130 IQ and so forth. What can i do?
