sometimes i have horrible dreams about my girlfriend cheating on me, i wake up and fel like crap.
is there ANY possible way i can just stop dreaming?

so is it that i fear of it coming ture and thats why i have dreams about it....
its almost crazy to think of it as i want to be freed because its sounds stupid but i would go crazy without her, shes really all i have

easy. stop sleeping.
dreams are your unconcious mind working out problems that your concious mind struggles with. obviously have some great overriding fears of this. thing is, you probably suspect as much.

it is possible to have drug induced sleep without dreams but that is no permanent answer as we need to dream for our mental well being. the fact is she is not all you have. you have yourself. and truly yourself is all that any of us truely has. you should clear your mind and think about what that means to you. you should get to know yourself and learn what youve got. you will be a happier person because of it. you should talk with her as well to let her know what you are going through. she should prove to be quite helpful and loving. but for the most part dont think those negative things. you are the only one who is let in on those thoughts and they are coming from you so why not make them positive. dont think of a make belive time where she is gone think of the joy you have with her.

in your dreams your true fantasies are revealed, not just just those you day dream about but ones you desire so much that you supresses it into the unconscious, what we fear is what we really want, you fear that your girlfriend will leave you but once she do, there are no more fear of that and you have freed your self...

you fear it but it doesn mean it will take place...if shes all u got be ready to act in case ti happens n let go of it by dealing with it in your mind
