..if you can forgive and yet not forget...does that still count as forgiveness? Or do you have to really just be able to let the whole thing go to call it real forgiveness?

In my opinion, sometimes...really bad things happen, and its hard for one person to forget all of that n pretend like it never happened, but it might start to hurt less with time. And even though they still think bout all of this, they can forgive the other person for hurting them, cuz they love them and they understand that everyone makes mistakes and that this person is sorry for whatever they did.

Have i gotten my idea of forgiveness all mixed up?

i joined a job recently and i find it difficult to met people with a laughing face .
kinda makes me feels awkward . sometimes it happens that i am not impressed by a person face and i find it difficul to hide that . i try to put a laught it all makes the situation weird .
i met my GM who had this hard look and i tried to laugh but well he mistook me for being a con man or something ... i went to sign in a paper he did that ... and i tried to laugh ..it was all artificial . the gm felt i am fooling him or something and he rechecked the documents . i just cudnt look at him after that , i said thanks and subsided .
the question is do you laugh when you meet people ? how do u cultivate the habit of showing respect and also at the same time make it feel natural ?
shud u have eye contact when you meet people likeGM etc...

please advise me as I am a socially backwards , i wanna develop my corporate personality :-)
cheers

I have blank attacks where I can't do what the instructor says, or I 'don't comprehend' what they are talking about, or I can't carry out the instructions they give because they dont seem right, or when they say two contradicting things, I can't sort out which one to do and when. I often obsess about accidents and other drivers, and road safety or lack of it.

I have a whole heap of tasks to do at work, that are dull and uninteresting. Many of them do not have specific timescales but they need to get done however. I simply can't find the motivation to do them. Any suggestions???

it has nothing to do with appearance. and in my own experience, the ugly people that i encountered are very mean. they are decietful, and they lie a lot. they also backstab their friends. so who's saying they're nice? they are very far from being nice. i don't understand why people automatically think that ugly people are nice.

they are so mean, but why?

Hello ladies, just been out shopping today and virtually every women I walked past wouldnt make eye contact. They either looked away, or simply 'through' me as though I wasnt there.
Is this a bad sign, does it seem women dont find me physically attractive, or am i worrying unecessarily?

What do you do if you are walking past a bloke you find attractive?

Globally, windows dollar sales are almost equal to doors $ sales. However, in Latin America and Indonesia, the sales of doors measured in dollars are more than 50% higher than the sales of windows.

Does somebody have a theory for this pattern?

I'll just concentrate on the snake. I've dreamt of snakes quite a few times in my life. It isn't unusual for me to dream of a snake on a tree.

Anyway, it's a small, pretty snake with black and white diamonds on its back (not a diamond back species, just the pattern). The tree is stout, has a curvaceous trunk and curvaceous branches - kind of like an over-sized bonsai.

The interesting thing is this tree is on a tiny island on a beautiful, crystal-like lake. It's like a paradise.

I was supposed to camp there for the night, but I got tied up. My army buddies and I had to run and duck for cover as horse-sized, carnivorous theropod dinosaurs ran into our path! That's yet another story.

Sub-question: Any good ideas about the mythological aspects of snakes in dreams?

Norway has the highest standard of living in the world exactly because of the way they manage their oil. If we have gone into Iraq to better the living quality of the Iraqi people then should we not adopt the model used by the country with the highest standard of living in the world, and which attained such a standard because of their management of oil?
