Yes, they certainly can. Women that are pregnant often have very sexual dreams that can cause them to orgasm. I know this because it happened to me on numerous occasions when I was pregnant with both of my children. I have also had it happen numerous times since then..although it NEVER happened before.

I almost did but I woke up to soon from the dream I was having the moment I woke up I wished I have continued dreaming I was so close some where between my dream state my conscious mind and unconscious I stopped myself from dreaming and made myself wake up when I realized what was going on with the way my body was responding while dreaming It was a guilty and embarrassment feeling I responded to that pushed me to stop dreaming and I gave in to it I guess It was something that was put into my head as a child you know parents stop children boys and girls baby's from touching themselves and the way they stop the child from touching themselves must implant the feelings I felt cause I knew I had felt those same feelings before I am sure women can have orgasms while dreaming I don't know about just sleeping
