I know someone who has a friend who died this summer. Police investigated the cause of death, nothing suspicious. Toxicology results were negative and they didn't find anything. She was in her mid 50s and very healthy as far as I know. How can a person just die suddenly and not give an answer? If a person dies, that means something happened or something's wrong, right? Could something have been missed even though this was investigated for months? Why would the cause of death be undetermined if the person appearently died for a reason?

Many doctors say several diseases like diabetes,cardio ailments,even cancer are sometimes herditary.If you are stricken with one they ask if any in the family circle had been stricken with it.

With medical research reaching such proportions with gene theory,dna,cloning etc could a doctor now tell you by tests whether you posess those genes or straits that you had inherited from your father's or mother's side which could be a potential threat to your health in the future.

Could they also specifically say which is predominant so that you can take counter action before it overtakes you

Well- my fiance went to the doctor's today and apparently they injected with something. He recalls the name to begin with a T, he thinks. -_-;
He said the liquid was a grayish-clear color.
I just want to know if anyone by any chance would know the name of what they injected him with...
Also- it seemed to have made some sort of bruise appear on the area they shot it in. It's not really a bruise- it just looks like one he says.
*Sigh.* If anyone has any clues- I'll take any info. I'm just desperate to know what these doctors gave him...
If this helps: He suffers from some heart problems. (Enlarged Heart) and he has a slight case of pneumonia right now...

I'm talking about the machine on the wall with the light behind it on which they post the x-rays and have a study of them, before removing them and turning the light off.

I know it sounds like minutae but I want the proper term and I can't think of it (maybe I never knew it!)... and I need it for something I'm writing.

Thanks.
