Yeah there's plenty... you can find some neat ones with an internet search of just that term... but I like my first ones Essentials of General Surgery and Essentials of Surgical Specialties both by Peter F. Lawrence.

Yes, there are numerous textbooks of surgery, both general and specialized. The specialized textbooks are available for every surgical subspecialty, and even for single topics within any given subspecialty.
