it may take 48 hours 2 have an affect, but it'll only take 30 mins for your body to start absorbing it, so therefore can be in ursystem in 30 mins

one of the problems, if you will, with penicillin
is that today - it takes 100 times the dose that it did when
the drug first came out - because diseases have become
'resistant' to it
I am a believer that it takes 48 hours to have an impact -
and just like any other antibiotic - you need to get your rest
or it's like taking sugar pills and water - - - - no effect

usually 48 hours but you have to finish the course of tabs to fight infection. Also if you drink alcohol it can cause them to not work properly.
Ps they are not painkillers so if your in anypain take extra for the pain. Dont overdose on the painkillers though
