Or arrange treatments through your doctor? NHS - or does it cost a lot? If it does work, by how much could a person grow? What age would they have to be or under?

Because I've noticed when people from the US ask questions about injuring themselve or illnesses they say "i don't want to go to the ER?" When in Australia we'd just go to a GP for that particular ailment.
So do you not have GP's, or is it really expensive or something?

so, i need someone to verify what I'm saying and correct me, if need be. i'm learning this in french so some names will be french.

alpha motoneurones have their soma's in the "corne ventrale" of the spinal chord. They are located in the motor nuclei (noyaux moteurs) and control muscular contractions of distal and proximal extensor and flexsors.

The synapse of the following pathways with the alpha motorneurons gives the corresponding muscular outcome.
-proximal extensors (antigravity, posture, involontary movements) = vestibulospinal pathway, reticulospinal pathway
- distal flexsors (volontary) = crossed corticospinal pathway (90% decussation)

Is this correct?

Does wellbutrin help you stop smoking?

2007-02-24 12:25:58 · 7 answers · asked by amanda w 1

I'm currently taking Wellbutrin 150 XL (an antidepressant). I know it says on the bottle not to take alcohol while on the drug and I know many other prescription drugs are like that too.

But would it be ok to drink, probably just on one occasion. What exactly are the reasons they say not to consume alcohol and are there any serious dangers or risks if i do it just one time?

Thank you in advance

The drug Subutex (and Suboxone) is used for treatment for opiate(narcotic) dependence; as is Methadone. However, with Methadone all one needs to do is swallow the pill, with Subutex and Suboxone it must be dissolved slowly under the tongue--sublingually. I don't like the taste and would prefer to simply swallow the pills, but the Dr. and pharmacist say allow it to dissolve slowly until gone under the tongue. Will I start to have withdrawals if I swallow the pill instead of allowing it to dissolve? Also, I'm taking a daily total of 8mgs...2mgs x 4per day. Is that the usual dosage? What are dosages that seem to work the best or are prescribed most frequently?
