i have been taking adderall for about 3 months now. my dosage was changed from 20mg XR to 25mg XR last month but i still can not concentrate. Why is this ?

Is it interfering with your sleep? Take it early enough so that you can get a full night's sleep. Stay in touch with your Dr. because there are many alternatives, and he/she should be looking for the best one for you. Good luck.

I would suggest not depend on drug to concentrate unless you some psychiatric problem because adderall increase the drive to work but this will cause rebound effect on you after stoping drug. unless you have consulted qualified doctor don't use such medicine consult psychiatrist of your choice
In health people concentration can be modified by drug.
