I don't think my health insurance covers vision and I have only gone to the eye doctor once, when I was 14 or 15. How much does an eye exam cost? What about the cost of contact lenses? I remember that I have astigmasm in both eyes and they make special contact lenses for this

I get very anxious in social situations when I don't know the other people there. The other night, my girlfriend had a few co-workers over for a dinner party and I was extremely anxious the entire time. This happens to me at most parties/bars, etc. Otherwise, I am pretty relaxed in life. I don't want a pill that I have to take everyday, I only want something that I can take occasionally. I don't drink alcohol so I can't ease the tension with that.

THanks.

Doctors share information with each other if you give them permission...as a rule.

However, do they have codes in your files that would indicate to other referring doctors about you, especially information that you are a good or bad patient for what ever reason(s)?
Would these codes give a new doctor (or an old one for that matter) a heads up on you or your case.?

My guess is, I would think so, especially if there are problems like financial or potential legal issues.

I would appreciate your thoughtful and serious input.

I want to make it clear that I trust their conclusion. However, many people still feel that the conclusion is false and that silicone breast implants are dangerous. Is there any legitimate scientific reason, that isnt some conspiracy, as to how the FDA might have come to an incorrect conclusion and if so what is it?
