Is there doses to look out for, and if there was an allergic reaction would i have to go to the dang E.R.

Is there any way to find out if I'm allergic with out going to the doctor? a test or somthing

Absolutely you would have to go to the ER for an allergic reaction. This is something to ask your doctor about in terms of doseage.
I take Ambien CR because I take other meds that cause me not to sleep. I was starting to get high blood pressure and getting very ill from the lack of sleep. So for me, it is healthier to take the Ambien.
Again, ask your doc. There may be other things you can do to sleep better.

Ambien CR is one on the "cleaner" drugs for sleep out there, meaning it has fewer side effects than many sleep aids. Just watch out for anterograde amnesia, meaning you will totally forget what you did after taking it. I've taken it many times and done KrAzY stuff! Don't take more than prescribed!

ambien cr is a reasonably safe drug for sleep, as with any other drug: to be used with care to follow any & all dr"s directions>as for allergic reactions pay close attention to how you feel and react to ambien>it should be safe but different people react differently to different drugs>good luck

Generally, it is considered to be not unhealthy.
If you were allergic, it depends on HOW allergic. As you know, a single peanut can kill some people whereas others may just get itchy, watery eyes from it.
If you were allergic, it will likely not be too severe.
