I'm a recovering addict.. used to take several pills a day..(not gonna say the amount but it was alot)..I've been taking methadone for about 2 years (im down to 43 mg congrats to me cuz thats low)& I would like to get off.. People told me bout this place thats in California and Florida that cleans ur blood so u can detox without any withdrawls.. I also heard that it costs around 10 grand to do, cuz they hook u up to 2 needles one sucks out ur blood and the other 1 puts ur blood back in... and in between the 2 needles is the machine that cleans ur blood squeeky clean (gets rid of everythin drugs and all..)
I just wanted to know if this place actually for real, or if its a rumor.
I just wanna get off methadone and get on with my life drugfree
So if anyone knows anything PLEASE HELP!!

It wouldn't be dialysis - although that has the same setup. It would probably be plasmapheresis or another apheresis technique.

I don't know if such a place exists but i know that the only way to get on with your life drug free is to decide it and want it . Everything is in our heads not in clinics . Congratulations on your decision
