I wanted to find out information on gene therapy. I wanted to know how stem cell reaserch and gene therapy are related. Furthermore, how does it affect us today? Example: How much might it affect the economy? Also any websites that are useful are helpful too.

i recently had a baby and had to get a c-section...my incision became infected so they put meon antibiotics for 10 days...the medecine is amox-clav....usually your not allowed to have alcohol while taking antibiotics andit usually says so on the bottle.....this medecine does not say can i have a drink while taking this medecine?

im 16 and im going to the hospital tomorrow... and after tomorrow the surgery's gonna be done... i dont really have a question but if anyone has experienced this themselves or known someone who has done it.... does everything go back to normal later? will i be able to move about straight after the surgery... or a few days after it... ? by the way its about 63 degrees i think. and its just one curve vertebrates 5 to 12.

There are ubiquitous jokes about cutting coffee intake when someone is "hyper." Yet stimulants are used to "calm" hyperkinetic kids. Seems that many who begin drinking coffee as adults find it steadying, not like a speed affect, so am curious about how coffee works for you.

Or are they just placebos - if you have faith in the Dr and the tablets they will work and vice versa. I have been through about six different antidepressants (as well as ECT) and nothing works. I can't see any hope in the medical profession.
