It depends on the drug screen used. For a standard gas chromatography urine test approx. 72 hours. For a follicle (hair) test they can be detected for 3 months. Luckily, follicle tests aren't used heavily, but are gaining popularity. If you are taking a urine test drink lots of Gatorade or Powerade. These products replace electrolytes. If you drink tons of plain water the test can pick that up as a diluted sample. The Gatorade/Powerade fools it .

if your worried about a drug test for a job...dont take any drugs..if too late then well your......... and if they suspect drugs in your system they may well do a hair sample.. no good shaving your head if they really want to they can get it from ANY hairy part of your body...
