Colonoscopy is the minimally invasive endoscopic examination of the large colon and the distal part of the small bowel with a fiber optic camera on a flexible tube passed through the anus. It may provide a visual diagnosis (e.g. ulceration, polyps) and grants the opportunity for biopsy of suspected lesions.

warm feeling may also be due to other reasons not necessarily a problem with colon..sometimes may be a urinary tract infection also..

not likley, the colon is associated with the rectum not the vagina. You should call your physician, a urologist, or the gynocologist.

no. i can mean infection or inflamation in the vaginal area. i can also be a condition in your urethra. check it with your doctor
