If you're on them for a couple of days, would this stop the combined pill working and put you at risk of getting pregnant? If you're putting them in your eyes do they get into your blood stream?

Now everywhere i go i see people poppin pills, creams, etc. Whether its asprine to amoxicillin people take this on a regular basis. Doesnt it seem odd that we as a people take in pills everyday? What sort of side affects could that have in the future? Will our bodies be so dependent on drugs that fighting off the common cold would be next to impossible in 30-50 years?

I know that there are ethical issues against stem cell research... but what exactly are those issues? How can I use this against my opponent in a science debate?

Cuz I think that just saying "killing embryos kills potential human life..."

thats just weak, but its true. how to strengthen?

Any sites that show statistics of the success rates of the use of both adult and embryonic stem cell for various diseases?

Like how many 'deaths' [failures or a disease caused by misuse of stem cell research, which resulted in death], per 'save'? [cure of original disease with no life -threatening side effects]...

When I've been prescribed pain medications like lortab or percoset they don't help. Is there a recognized reason for this? I never take medications not even over the counter so it isn't a built up tolerance. Is there a different class of pain killers that react in a different way with your body that may work better?

In my life experience, 95% of us don't go to doctors unless we absolutely feel we have to. Yet, the arrogant Doctors seem to think we go there cause we like it or something or having nothing better to do with our time or nowhere better to spend our money. What is wrong with Doctors that makes them do this?

I came across in some souther parts of India that mother's milk are collected and taken in small quantity by some men of the age group (25 to 45)and they informed me that the mother's milk contain most of the preventive natural medicines. Therefore they collect milk of mother recently delivered child (and pay costs for this to) in small cups and drink. I was further told that such people do not get affected with mosquito and other virus fever and have full potency too. I find that even middle aged ladies too adopt this practise. I find that mother's milk is collected and used as a medicine in eyes for boils on eye lids. For hadache it is also applied on foreheads. There is strong feeling that the mother's milk may cure such ailments. Will all these be correct medically.
Will it horm the person who consums it?

I'm just curious while i was in elementary school they told us how bad pot is and everything. Now that i'm in high school it seems as if almost everyone does it. The people who do do it are still normal people, they didn't die after they did it, it didn't make them stupid or anything because some of the people who do do pot are smarter than me, does anybody else feel this way, are the things they tell you about drugs just supposed to scare u from not doing them???

I injured my shoulder once and the trainer at my school told me not to take advil, tylenol, or moltrein, instead take anti inflammatory such as ibuprofen. But isn't ibuprofen in advil, tylenol, or moltrein? wouldn't that make those anti inflammatory also?
