even grown adults desire to drink mother's milk on health ground. Will be correct mdically and otherwise?

I came across in some souther parts of India that mother's milk are collected and taken in small quantity by some men of the age group (25 to 45)and they informed me that the mother's milk contain most of the preventive natural medicines. Therefore they collect milk of mother recently delivered child (and pay costs for this to) in small cups and drink. I was further told that such people do not get affected with mosquito and other virus fever and have full potency too. I find that even middle aged ladies too adopt this practise. I find that mother's milk is collected and used as a medicine in eyes for boils on eye lids. For hadache it is also applied on foreheads. There is strong feeling that the mother's milk may cure such ailments. Will all these be correct medically.
Will it horm the person who consums it?

Mother`s milk is nuritious and contains immunoglobulins. It is good for health but collecting it for a price is illegal and human rights violation.It does not cure eye diseases boils or head ache. Cow`s milk is next best.

Well the mother's diet would have to be good, since anything she eats can go into he milk. I would say its not harmful, but not a miracle treatment either because babies still get sick all the time.
