There is a much more effective alternative to this combination. Take a large cliber handgun place to muzzle in your mouth at a 22 degree upward angle and pull the trigger. The end results are about the same and the gun will be less painful.

It is a pretty bad idea. Your heart rate might get ridiculously intense, and people are known to get a bit violent under such a combination.
