-You can`t!!! But mauby if you ask to do ELISA test(that is test that icludes blood) you can past by not using drugs for 3 weeks, but if they ask you to do Western Blot test DON`T exept it!!!
-Or put your friends saliva in your mouth and when they ask you to spit you spit his saliva in sted of yours.
